All our activities are subject to the Logistics Service Terms and Conditions (LSC2014), including an arbitration clause as filed with the District Court of Rotterdam on the 2nd April 2014 under number 28/2014. Where international transport is concerned, the LSV2014 apply in addition to the CMR Convention. Pursuant to article 2, paragraph 4 and 5 LSV, the Dutch Forwarding Terms and Conditions are applicable to the forwarding (transport) activities and customs and tax services, with the exception of article 23. Disputes that are not covered by the arbitration clause and that have resulted from or are in connection with agreements between parties, will be settled by the competent court in Rotterdam.
